Bit dubious as always used to previous owners but the welcome and communication was so good, in fact excellent. Carmen was so listening and talking, such a loving warm and lovely experience on meeting for first time. Highly recommended.

Friendly staff

Friendly staff and pleasant building. Always have a nice welcome. WiFi access in the waiting room would be good when there is a longer wait than expected as there is no phone signal at all in there.

Absolutely amazing

I have extreme dental phobia, all the staff and Carmen were absolutely amazing and put so many fears to rest. Her stand-out comment to me was “I’m going to rid you of your phobia” or something like that, that comment was so reassuring.

Everyone has been brilliant

Everyone has been brilliant at all Llandudno Smiles. I have recently had veneers, which I am over the moon with. Something I waited for for over 20years and I couldn’t of asked for better care. Elvis has been amazing along will all the other staff. Thank you.

On holiday I developed a tooth abscess which was causing me a lot of pain I went in and asked if they could help the dentist saw me straight away and took the bad tooth out !!! I cannot thank them enough fantastic service

Treated with genuine care

Required urgent treatment and tried several dentists in the local area that advised an average 3 week wait for appointment. From initial phone call to appointment was 18 hours and I felt like I was treated with genuine care from the Receptionist (Rebecca) to the Hygienist (sorry I don't recall your name but you were fantastic) to Elvis the Dentist who really made me feel at ease and made the procedure incredibly straight forward. The cost was half of what I was expecting. Aftercare impeccable and will recommend to anyone and everyone I know.
