Always a fantastic service from the reception team to the dental assistants & of course the dentists!! I'm a nervous patient, & am always made to feel at ease, checked on regularly through the course of my treatment & after when necessary. I would highly recommend this dental practise to anyone requiring excellent dentistry.

I have recently had braces fitted by Elvis and Sasha at Llandudno Smiles. Recently one of the bands popped off a bracket and they were able to fit me in for an appointment very quickly. When I arrived I was greated by Georgia and Sasha, who were so friendly and welcoming. We had a bit of a chat and a laugh whilst Georgia was redecorating the window display. The team were very punctual and I was seen straight away. Whilst having the band replaced Elvis asked me if I notice any changes to my teeth alignment since I saw him last, which I hadn't at that point, I only had them on for 2 weeks so I didnt expect any overnight changes. Elvis also tightened a few brackets for me during the appointment and was really attentive to any pain or pressure I might be feeling. He was wonderfully assisted by Sasha and the pair work incredibly well and efficient together. So grateful for their support and looking forward to my next appointment. 5 stars every day of the week!
