Very pleasant staff in all departments.

Well what can I say, called this a.m. for emergency dentist, was seen this p.m. Never been to such nice, caring dentist, Elvis, also his dental nurse. Had tooth extraction which was a tricky one, after care also lovely. I was told to phone the practice on Wednesday to see how things are going, well done Llandudno Smiles.

I first visited Llandudno Smiles in November 2022 after being messed about and given bad advise by my NHS dentist. Elvis was and has been amazing since that visit, he told me I needed a tooth removed and braces fitted both of which have been painless.
I have had the braces fitted for 2 months now and can already see a massive improvement.
All the staff here are amazing, so friendly, answer all questions honestly and completely make you feel at ease.

I attended this Practice yesterday to undergo an Emergency Extraction. I was slotted in the same day with a patient cancellation, very impressive. I have also registered here as a patient as well, am so glad I have. From the moment I walked through the door the standard of Service was exceptionally high. The Receptionist was very polite and directed me to the Waiting Lounge which was a very relaxing atmosphere and furnished to a high standard. Once inside the Treatment Room, both the young Lady Dentist and the Dental Nurse were so kind and considerate towards me. The standard of care I received was of the highest quality and Standard and far exceeded any care I have ever received at any other Dental Practice in the past. They were all so Professional, compassionate, and genuinely caring towards me, the Patient. I have not witnessed a standard of care as high as this for many years. I am retired from the NHS Ambulance Service and yesterday I was treated exactly how I used to treat my patients. This standard of patient care is rare today. I will absolutely 100% recommend this Practice. I even had a courtesy phone call today to ascertain if I was okay after my Dental Procedure. I thank you all so very very much I really appreciate how I was treated.
