The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend for anyone who doesn’t like going to the dentist. The facility is clean and the sofas and coffee machine give the waiting area a relaxed atmosphere.
I haven’t been to see a dentist for a long time after a bad experience but the staff here were patient, explained everything thoroughly, didn’t push for any recommendations to be undertaken and were happy to take no for an answer.

Very impressed with the practice, from making first enquiries then booking and attending my first appointment. I feel that they are very professional and highly competent. My experience was that I was not being sold treatment that was not required and that my needs as a patient were listened to and respected.

A bit rushed
For the last 2-3 appointments, I felt that the examinations were rushed. Certainly, today took about 10 mins for check-up and hygienist combined. Under the previous owners, the hygienist on her own would spend a good 15 -20 minutes being very thorough. A bit concerning, given the monthly cost now.
