That’s not the experience we want for any of our patients especially those who are already doing something incredibly brave by attending despite severe anxiety.

We understand how challenging it can be for children and adults who struggle with their mental health, and we appreciate the effort it took for your son to come in. You should have felt supported and understood, and I’m sorry that this wasn’t the case. Your comments about the way costs were discussed are also noted; we will make sure the team is reminded to approach these conversations with sensitivity, particularly when someone is already feeling overwhelmed.
