I came away from my first visit to Wyndham House practice today delighted, as Simon Hill removed a tooth root, that a dentist in another practice had left behind, during an extraction and it was infected. Simon was superb, gave me an emergency appointment, no fuss 10 minutes and It was gone. Highly competent.

My experience
The dentistry work was great, as always. I was asked regularly how I felt during the procedure. The dental assistant gave me reassuring touches on my arm and asked if I was ok, which was very much appreciated, especially with the injections for the teeth extraction. However, I was annoyed with the lack of communication from the admin staff. The dentist had asked them to give me a ring to say that the patient before was having an open ended appointment and the dental assistant would ring me as to when to get to the appointment. I was given a 10.30 appointment with 3 reminders. I had to wait 2 hours after I got there. I am not one to complain, but this was very annoying. However the dental was excellent as always.
