My visit was for a check up. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and was very politely and in a very friendly manner directed to the waiting room. I was seen almost immediately by Rhys who was very friendly and professional. His relationship with his assistant was efficient and again friendly.
The words professional, efficient and friendly really sum up my visit.
