My first visit, of what will be a long journey, was an excellent start. As a "nervous" patient, the process has been sympathetically explained, costed and presented as a plan over the coming months. Looking forward to the end tho..😉

My overall experience at Wyndham House was a very good one. Jenny had gone out of her way to fit me in asap. She and her assistant were very warm, welcoming, friendly and professional and made me feel at ease immediately. Jenny repaired my badly broken front tooth to perfection and I am absolutely delighted with the end result. It was obvious to me that she cares about her patients and takes a lot of pride in her excellent handy work. Thank you Jenny for giving me back my smile in time for Christmas 😁

My experience
Unfortunately I had 2 appointments and thought they were 2.30 so missed my dental appointment. I did apologise but both receptionists were very miserable both when I went in and came out. I was just passed the card machine without even being told how much and given an appointment without being given the time just the date until I was given the card. The hygienist was lovely as always and said I had fractured a filling so to tell receptionist and they would get me in .. this didn't happen, Jan 6th ! But said to call at 8.30 am if any problems. Sometimes we all get busy and forget things!

Appointment lasted 5 minutes, dentist literally looked in my mouth, counting my teeth, no instrument used. Considering how much I pay per month this seemed inadequate.
