Cathy is so lovely and knowledgeable. She really takes her time to explain things. I came in for my check up recently and had been experiencing some pain , she found the issue within seconds and quickly resolved it.

Been 3 times now and are normally good, bit disappointed today as I was left for 30 mins in the waiting room wondering what was happening after I went back to reception to check I was told that they forgot to check me in.🙃 The lady did admit it was her mistake and apologised but I lost 30mins of my day for no reason. When i was seen by the dentist for 2 fillings it was fine.
