Cathy is an amazing hygienist, very gentle, great precision, always happy to answer questions.

Despite being from the age with the ‘rubber band’ drills, I’ve got to the age where I don’t like dentists (& hygienists) sticking things in my mouth. However, Clare ( I think) & the nurse made me feel very comfortable.
I can only say I am very satisfied with the experience.

Staff very friendly and efficient, also very professional.
Pity about the computer system that sends out security requests, and then won't accept answers.

Ben is brilliant even cleaned up after.

Good welcome by Sam at reception. Thorough care by Dentist Ben. Felt confident under the drill. Straight clear talking dentist. Good explanation of the condition and required treatment. No one likes seeing the dentist but this is as good as it gets. Thanks for “as stress-free experience as possible” treatment.

Very pleasant staff, nice to see a smile when they address you. Everyone there , even in just passing, acknowledges you.

This was my first time at Wyndham. I could not fault my first visit. Everyone was friendly from walking into the reception then seeing David, he explained everything to me, could not have asked for better.

Very informative and I was taken through every step. Everything was made very clear and I was always aware of what was happening and what every option was.

First time for me at Wyndham House Dental surgery. Considering I'm not a fan of going to the dentist, this was OK. Friendly staff on reception, always a great way to put you at ease. I was shown upstairs to a plush waiting room. Called on time and my dentist was Brilliant! Thorough checkup, xrays and nothing needed doing. Very happy with the experience and look forward to my next visit.

My second visit to Wyndham House Dental Practice. It just gets better. I'd just had a hip replacement so they arranged for me to be seen downstairs. How brilliant is that??? The receptionist was her usual happy helpful self. And the dentist and nurse were a joy. I'm a nosey old sod so the dentist was more than happy to talk me through the procedure. 40 minutes of fun and education. Never thought I'd say that about going to the dentist.

I developed a toothache in a previously filled tooth. The dentist before he filled it said it may not work because the tooth was split. He was dead right but thanks to his work on the tooth I got another year out of it. I was given an emergency appointment so not enough time to extract the tooth. He told me it could be a difficult extraction so gave me another appointment to have it removed.
The professionalism and care shown was excellent and fingers crossed my extraction is an easy one.

My 12 monthly checkup loomed. My appointment was for 8.30. In the afternoon the surgery rang to say they were fitting in an emergency and would l mind changing my time. Well, a checkup compared to an emergency... no contest. But it highlights the care and thoughtfulness behind the working of the surgery. My checkup was great. No fillings or treatment required. Another happy trip to a friendly efficient dental surgery.

My visit to the practice for my 6 mth check ups with David & then onto the Hygienist, always goes very smoothly. Staff at the practice are all very friendly & my appointments are always on time.

Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere throughout. Dentist, David, was thorough, informative and helpful.

Excellent, easy to use online booking process for appointments especially when you need to book an emergency appointment. Only let down slightly as the system does not recognise if you are member of the dental plan. Helpful receptionists will sort it though. Dental check and advice excellent.
