All OK eventually
My original appointment was for 9th Feb but when I presented myself for treatment was told that it had been changed to 19th Feb. They were very apologetic as they had omitted to let me know.
Anyway I had my treatment today and everything went well.

Fantastic service from the moment you walk into reception, always a great welcome, I recently had an implant with Simon he explained everything in detail, really happy with the work I’ve had done which has not always been my experience with NHS dentists I’ve been to. Can’t praise you guys enough, amazing service, thank you.

Excellent treatment
I explained the problem I had with my top teeth to David, and was very thorough with his explanation of what procedure we should take. He also did a thorough 6 monthly check up for me. The hygienist also did a fantastic job and explained everything she was doing along the way, thank you.

I was referred here for emergency dental work today and everything about the experience was top class. The receptionists were pleasant and the Rhys the dentist was great. He explained my options before removing my tooth painlessly and effectively. Thoroughly pleased with the service at this dental practice.

The customer service was excellent
I contacted reception this morning regarding my son’s extreme toothache and was informed that he could have an emergency appointment on Monday. The toothache persisted and we had to ring back and Mrs Roberts on reception managed to secure him an appointment that day. The customer service was excellent. Thank you.
