Dr. Vahid is my go to dentist. Very friendly and knows what he is doing.

Welcoming atmosphere as soon as you enter the clinic, where prepared and friendly staff will make you feel at ease right away.

Very friendly team, professional, easy going and straight to the point in designed treatment plan. Pricing is one notch up from moderate, but not a rip-off. Ovedall good, so I recommend their services!

Really great experience. I would recommend them. The receptionist guy is lovely and so was my doctor. She was attentive and made sure everything goes well.

I would highly recommend them and I am now looking forward to do all further work with them.

They use WhatsApp as well for after care and message you to see if you are okay.

UPDATE 13 Aug 2020: Still great customer service, both reception and dentists. Went back in to get Invisalign. They are more expensive than SmileDirect, but worth it in my opinion, for the in-person care and flexibility.

September 2019: Great customer service and well-experienced dental surgeons. I was able to book a Saturday appointment after feeling a large bump on my gum on Monday. There was a longer-than usual wait time the day of the appointment and the receptionist was very accommodating and agreed to call me once the doctor was done. I live very close so went home for 15 minutes, hung my laundry, and got the call to come back.

It turned out I needed a tooth extraction as my last wisdom tooth was starting to break through. The dentist assured me he was a specialist in tooth extractions, and he is! Even the needle full of numbing agent was so fast I could barely feel it. The entire process, from me getting into the chair to them finishing the procedure (including taking x-rays) only took 45 minutes—the epitome of quick and painless at the dentist! They were also very accommodating and provided me OTC anti-inflammatory pills to save me a trip to Boots. I required no antibiotics, healed well, and my stitches fell out on schedule after 10 days. Highly recommend Bayswater Dental. :)

Unlike some reviewers on here I have actually been a patient for over 10 years as has my wife. we have no complaints and find Dr Shah to be very competent and friendly. Even after moving away from Bayswater we still travel from Kent to be treated here so what does that tell you?

I am extremely grateful to Bayswater Dental Clinic for three incredibly positive appointments. The clinic itself is meticulously clean and elegant and the staff are very hospitable, kind and warm. Dr Vahid Motahar is absolutely brilliant and by far the best dentist I've ever had. My first appointment was for a composite bond which he performed beautifully. The tooth Dr Motahar did the composite bond on is so perfect it looks like a porcelain veneer. You certainly cannot tell that the tooth has been built up and squared off. I have had very bad composite bonds in the past. Dr Motahar is an expert and provides absolute excellence in dentistry. He listens very carefully and attentively and takes time to explain any issues that arise and how he will approach them. I was amazed that during a more stressful appointment to fix a filling, Dr Motahar was extremely reassuring and empathetic and even made me laugh. His dental work is second to none and he is extremely kind and constructive. I could not recommend this clinic more and hope Dr Motahar will be my dentist for as many years as possible.

First time at this clinic. Decided for them because of the easy online booking service. Booked on the same day. Polite and attentive staff especially the reception. Transparent charging and paying system with competitive prices. Dr. Lisbeth was exceptional. Who would know visit to the dentist could be fun. Will come again.
