As an extremely nervous patient l can honestly say that the care provided by all the different staff that l have met at Brightside Dental is really good in every respect.
They are efficient, well organised, polite, professional, caring, calm, and understanding, especially with very nervous patients - like myself!
I am delighted that l finally plucked up the courage to make an appointment here, and that l have received such caring and attentive treatment over a series of visits.

I was recommended to Brightside Palmers Green and was pleasantly surprised at my experience. From the onset both Receptionists and the Dental team were courteous, professional, informative and engaging. Replacing a crown
Great!
I was having an onlay fitted and needed the old filling drilling away. Ronit was super nice and explained everything so that I understood what was going to happen. I also didn’t want anaesthetic and that was no problem, he made me feel totally at ease.

Having a dental phobia going to the dentist is my worst nightmare but since going to brightside a few years ago I'm slowly conquering my fear, this is due to the lovely people working there who are all so understanding of my phobia and talk me through every stage of my treatment. Knowing that i can stop the treatment at any time if I need too also helps calm my nerves.Having someone understanding really has helped me conquer my fear of the dentist and although I'm still nervous I'm so much better than what I was. The whole experience is very personal. I would highly recommend brightside but especially for nervous patients.
