Amazing service from Minal as always. I had a filling on my last visit and I opted for the wand, it was painless and stress free. The procedure was quick and there were no hours of waiting for the anaesthetic to wear off afterwards. I was eating within the hour.

Mums been coming here since just before they changed location early this year and the staff are just so friendly and welcoming. From our first encounter down Bounds Green to where they are in Palmers Green, the decor is beautiful, it's calming (reminds me of a spa setting), everyone is polite and helpful, they are swift and efficient.

Fantastic service by the Brightside Dental, warm welcome, staff are very friendly and I am very happy with them for more than 40 years.

I always dreamed for a perfect smile. It took me years to make that dream true. After research on Google for a good clinic working with Invisalight in my area I found Brightside Dental. I booked a free consultation with Dr Ketan and he just found the solution for my problem, he was very realistic about everything connected to price and results. I was feeling very comfortable and secure in the hands of his team. Later on, Dr Minal and her team helped me to finish the whole process and I can say that throughout the whole journey I had a fantastic experience with all of them. From the reception to the cabinets the customer is priority. They always try to give their best for the comfort of the patients. They accepted me on the last appointment with 30mins of delay due to traffic (usually nobody would do that).
I am very impressed how professional and enthusiastic they are all and working with many different people giving respect and support. Their new place is amazing but even in the previous they proof that they are serious and responsible for every detail. I also had the best experience there for teeth hygiene. It was the best in all my life!
I recommend all the Brighside Team to all my friends and people who are looking for help to improve their smile, dental problems and health and to all reading these reviews and comments because I am truly happy with the experience that I had with them and all the amazing, friendly, caring individuals that are working to make the clinic perfect!

It was a pleasure to visit Brightside Dental! I've had appointments with Minal and Negar and the environment is very calm, which takes some of the stress away. Every member of staff is always very helpful and keen to answer any questions I have.

Calm and gentle is not just an advertising slogan for this dental practice. The skill and sensitivity with which Dr Shah and team handled a dental extraction in a young person with profound needle phobia was exceptional. The procedure went very smoothly. This seems to be one of the few dental practices in London which offers "The Wand" minimal anaesthesia technique for more nervous patients. It worked very well. The procedure was entirely painless. I also appreciated Dr Shah and the reception team's willingness to answer my many questions about treatment before I decided on this practice. Highly recommended.

I had the pleasure of visiting the new premises of Brightside Dental after they opened 6 months ago for a double appointment. Being a client for many years not only myself but the family of 6 we were sceptical initially about the move but what a great place they have put together. Very modern and clean entrance makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. Receptionists Krystal and Jennifer were great and very polite welcomed me with a smile and checked me in and later helped be book my next appointment. I was then seen by Ketan for my annual check up and he was so thorough as all the dentists I had seen in the past. He showed me details and explained everything offering me options about treatment and without putting any pressure to decide on the spot. His very calm approach would put anyone at ease. I then had my hygienist appointment in the afternoon so I went back a few hours later. Mihaela is always very professional and smiley making you feel relaxed and leaving with a squicky clean smile. Whether it’s in reception, getting a hygiene clean with Negar & Lily, or having a dental treatment with Ronit, these folks do their utmost to make you comfortable, pain free and relaxed. Even for a dentist phobe, these guys are pretty good.

Having not attended a dentist for 28 years because of fear based on childhood dental experience and after a year of therapy I have finally been able to visit a dentist.
I can't thank all at Brightside Dental enough for their kindness and understanding of my high levels of anxiety. Today I had an initial consultation with Minal Shah. Everything was taken at my pace and I felt comfortable and listened to. The atmosphere is calm and dare I say relaxing. I can highly recommend Brightside especially to those of us who are frightened of the dentist!
