Just had a filling replaced with Ronit. We opted to use the wand instead of a traditional injection to numb the area. The procedure was painless and Ronit was reassuring throughout the process. All done within about 40 minutes. The discomfort afterwards was minimal, I didn't even need a paracetamol. I've put this procedure off for so long and I needed have worried. Thank you, Ronit and to the team at Brightside. Oh and the new clinic is beautiful!

Today i had a tooth extracted. Ronit and the dental nurse were very patient as i was a little nervous and i asked lots of questions. They explained clearly before and also after how to avoid infection. The extraction was so painless i asked if it was out yet not realiding it had come out.

My second visit to Brightside and I can reconfirm that for someone as nervous as I am this is the best dental practice I have ever been to, they are all so friendly and understanding and their up to date treatments make you feel in good hands. Dr Keetan Shah has the most gentle approach ever and I never felt uncomfortable at all, he is an absolute gem.
I wish I had had a dentist like this years ago.
If you are a nervous patient, you will be really looked after and every thing will be done at a sympathetic pace that suits you ..

Improved with age
I've been with Brightside from before it was Brightside and despite it no longer being an NHS dentist, it does offer a reasonable basic dental plan. That's the worst thing about the surgery.
The team are really lovely. Gentle, interested. They take the time to explain things and make you feel looked after as a person well as being there for your teeth.
The new premises are lovely. Clean, tranquil, accessible, quiet and stylish.
