I like the new practice layout. The reception area is very light & airy. And it is nice to be greeted with a smile & your first name. The procedure to fit my new overlay crown was carried out by Ronit in a calm environment. He explained what would be happening. And we discussed whether I would need an anaesthetic or not. It was decided that I would not.
My crown was fitted very quickly. And the TV on the ceiling showing a film of fish is a very nice idea for anyone nervous to get them to relax whilst the procedure is being carried out. I do not hesitate to recommend this dental practice.

Temporary filling
Repaired broken filling
Dr Darbar repaired the broken filling in my molar tooth. As always, no pain or discomfort in the procedure which I don't require any local anaesthetic injections. It's an old filling and the repair fits perfectly, not too high and no sensitivity issues. Dr Darbar said that the cost of this repair can go towards a crown, if the repair doesn't last, and therefore a crown would be required on the molar. I am very happy with the service.

Check up
My family has been registered with Brightside Dental for the last year. The dentistry is phenomenal. Check up includes a cancer screening process, scans of the whole mouth, x rays and gum health. Detection is very early with cost effective treatments. They also have a monthly plan which is very affordable, which gives discounts. I feel so reassured to be supported by this practice. I highly recommend this service.

I saw Ronit today for a check up. He was patient and listened carefully to my current health concerns. He took time to explain in detail what checks he was doing, what he had found during the check up and then recommended some further treatment options, explaining why for each.
I appreciated the fact that he did not rush any explanations and gave me further time to ask questions.
I would highly recommend Ronit to anyone who feels nervous about visiting the dentist. He made me feel at ease and heard.

Visit due to swollen cheek issue
I had an appointment with Ronit today as my cheek had swollen up after having a temporary overlay fitted to one of my lower left molars. I contacted the dental surgery yesterday and was able to get an appointment for mid day today which was good. Ronit listened to my concerns, carried out a thorough assessment and was able to identify that the swelling was due to a reaction to the local anaesthetic injection I had had last Thursday. And also that the overlay fitted was slightly too big so Ronit went ahead and reduced the height so it fits more comfortably. Ronit provided after care advice and I left the dental surgery feeling a lot happier.
