I have been going to Brightside Dental for over 8 years now & it is honestly the best dental practice I have ever been to. The hygienist Negar in particular is exceptional. Always great at explaining things to help you understand. Care of the patient is very much at the forefront of this practice.

A little over ten years ago I became a patient at Brightside Dental. Prior to that I had avoided the dentist for 14 years due to trauma and anxiety as a child when visiting my less than caring dentist. Building up the courage to reach out to Ketan and team was game changing for me.

Since then, I have been on a journey that has seen me conquer my fears of dentistry with relative ease. I’ve had a few fillings, a root canal and a crown and even a surgical extraction. All without a single bit of drama or discomfort, just incredible reassurance, care and management of my needs.

Technology like the wand for pain free injections are game changing and it’s through investments in these things that make a huge difference to the patient experience.

Whilst the treatment, team and overall service has always felt premium, the previous premises in Bounds Green were somewhat at odds with this. An old house that had been turned into a dental surgery many years ago, fitting the stereotype of many dental practices from the ages. The move to the brand new space in Palmers Green is the final piece of the puzzle.

I visited for the first time yesterday and was amazed at how different the experience was. A brand new purpose built surgery. Relaxing waiting area that reminded me of a hotel lobby lounge with relaxing piano music, treatment rooms that are spacious and filled with lovely artificial plants and TVs on the ceiling to watch your choice of YouTube whilst you recline in the chair. The whole experience evoked feelings of a trip to a relaxing health spa, not to the dentist!

Congratulations Brightside on your new chapter. To anybody looking for a genuine place that provides truly calm and gentle dentistry in relaxing surroundings, this is without doubt the place to go.

I’ve been a patient at Brightside Dental for several years now and had a few cosmetic treatments over time (white crowns replacing old crowns and replacing old fillings) as well as routine check ups and hygienist appointments.

My dentist, Dr Paarth along with his assistants have always been lovely and professional. Always receiving excellent care!

I have been a patient at Brightside for over 15 years, and happy with the old premises which always seemed to be updated with the latest tech as soon as available. Well! the new premises are amazing, airy and artistically designed to be welcoming and calm. As for the screen on the ceiling for you to watch instead of thinking of what is going on in your mouth. The place reminds me of a city spa - well they do also offer cosmetic treatments - so not surprised. Booked some additional treatment and was pleased to find out I get a discount as part of my membership. Well done Ketan and Team

Brightside Dental's amazing team who are always pleasant and professional have moved to their new, modern, bright premises. Today I visited Mihaela the Hygienist who's assisted by Lily the dental nurse, and as always, it's been a calming, reassuring experience.
Before I discovered the Team at Brightside Dental I was very anxious visiting dentists/hygienists, but through this specialised team I have become a regular visitor, they are so attentive and compassionate, and I am very grateful to them and Dr. Ketan who leads the team.
