My experience has been very positive. I am a long time customer going back to when Brightside Dental were originally in Bounds Green. Since moving to the new practice, I have had an Invisalign treatment with Dr Minal Shah and I am impressed with the quality of the care I have received (both technical and in terms of customer care). The front desk team too (Krystal, Marjan, Phoebe, to name those I know by name!) are very helpful at the counter as well as in dealing with my emails and telephone calls. Altogether, highly recommended.

Exceptional care
I have visited Brightside Dental today and received a really professional, friendly and pain-free treatment from Dr Ronit and Dental Nurse Lana. I have been a patient of the practice for more than 5 years and despite not living in London anymore I keep my membership plan active as I am confident I will receive a 5 star service! In the past I was very nervous before an appointment but this is not the case anymore as Dr Ronit has always been reassuring, keen to answer any question I might have and really always technically brilliant. Also, the practice is very clean, modern and customer service is second to none. Thank you Dr Ronit and Brightside Dental, I cannot honestly recommend your services highly enough, you are an incredible team!

Great experience
I saw Dr Reshaylia whilst Minal is on maternity leave and she was very thorough, kind and helpful. She asked lots of questions to get up to speed on my history and she also compared my scans today to the ones from my last appointment and explained everything on the screen. She took all my concerns seriously and was very encouraging!

I registered 25 years ago as an NHS patient. A few years ago Brightside said they could no longer meet costs and explained they had to switch to private-only. After considering moving to another NHS practice I decided to pay to stay with Brightside, and now think it's a good use of money.
