Very gentle and effective treatment.

I was booked in for my twice-yearly hygienist appointment with Dr Negar and her assistant Lily. Both were very helpful, explained everything in great detail and provided me with the necessary toothpaste as well as brushes to aid in my dental hygiene.

Dr. Minal Shah provided competent and brilliant treatment today! She explained the treatment thoroughly and followed up the treatment plan recommended by Dr. Ketan Shah when I had a dental oral checkup assessment with him back in December. It has been several years since I had fillings performed on my teeth, and I was very nervous to attend this appointment today. To have my metal fillings finally removed and replaced with composite white fillings was a humongous relief to my life. This was also the first time I had the Wand treatment performed as a local anaesthetic compared with the traditional methods. It was very good! I enjoyed listening to the peaceful music in the background whilst having treatment! The reception team were very friendly and the dental assistant working with Minal during my appointment was very helpful too! My bite feels very different after having the fillings replaced, hopefully I will adapt to this. If there are any issues with my bite, I have received support and advice from the team at Brightside to book another appointment. Thank you! No more metal fillings seen when I laugh or smile!

I have been a member of Brightside Dental for 5 years. This is my first treatment with Minal Shah and I can thoroughly recommend her. I am a nervous patient and she made the whole experience pain free.

I had an appointment with Ronit Patel on 30/12/2024 as the hygienist Mihaela had noted that part of my tooth was missing when I had my routine 6 month appointment with her.
Ronit carried out a visual assessment of the tooth, a 3D scan & an x-ray. And then we went through the 3D scan with me on a monitor explaining what damage there was to the tooth & the treatment was required and the cost of the 2 options available to me.
And I was able to ask questions and not made to feel silly.

I met my Dentist, Dr Ronit for the first time and found him to be extremely grounded, professional - carried out a thorough examination of my teeth and asked lots of questions to understand my overall health. I felt Dr Ronit took his time to understand what I was looking for, gave me a detailed explanation of the dental care options and visibility of the cost of treatment upfront. For an initial consultation, this was the best dental experience I have had compared to all other NHS and private dental practices I've visited. They are also up to date with the latest Technology & tools which was refreshing to see in a healthcare setting.
The team are true to their tagline of being gentle, calm & caring. Dr Ronit provided an excellent chairside manner, I was happy with the consultation and highly recommend him, I feel safe knowing my dental care is in good hands!

Been going to Brightside since I was little and they've always been incredibly helpful, welcoming, and kind. During checkups or appointments they're great at explaining exactly what they're doing and why. Their services are easy to navigate and they've been very accommodating to me in terms of pain management.

Great Dental Practice, attended back in October of 2024. Parking is free at certain times making it convenient to drive to for London, Bounds Green tube is near also. I have been meaning to leave a review for some time but it slipped my mind.
I was refereed by my own NHS Dentist to Brightside Dental, this was due to emergency dental surgery being necessary to remove two impacted wisdom teeth and a molar that had been caused a serious cavity and resulting infection, by this impacted condition. I had not been to the dentist for over 30 years mainly due to bad experiences as a child. But the pain of the tooth each gave me little choice. I was pleasantly surprised that things have improved greatly since the 80's and 90's. The professionals that I saw were Dr Shahrokh Ali Navaee and I believe Simona. They made the claim that dentistry could be pain free I was highly sceptical about this, but delighted that apart from the minor prick of the first needle it truly was pain free, Dr Navaee repeatedly checked that I felt no discomfort and was very patient when I made him aware I needed a bit more local anaesthetic, he had already said he wanted to know if I had even the slightest sensation. The end result was three tooth extractions over two very short duration appointments. Also the nurse assisting him on both occasions I believe called Simona was also very professional and more than happy to indulge my odd request to package my teeth so that my two small children could see what a really big cavity looked like and why you must go to the dentist, not have 30 year gap. I am now considering returning to the practice to have my teeth straightened. Of course I highly recommend this dental practice, all other staff and the waiting area are also of a very high standard.
