I attended for an initial assessment.
The assessment was thorough and carried out in a sensitive way. The dentist, dental nurse and reception staff were all polite and helpful. The results of the assessment and reasons for the treatment recommendations were explained well.

At the starting phase
Dealt with emergency promptly and efficiently
While flossing, a crown that was put on only a few weeks ago fell off. I was given a same-day appointment to reattach it. Dr Minal Shah is extremely pleasant. She ensures I am not in any discomfort and I barely feel the injections she gives (in that respect she is the best dentist I have ever had).

I have been visiting my regular dental hygienist, Mihaela Lilyma for almost 3 years! She provided amazing Enlighten Teeth Whitening Treatment with great results. The diamond treatment she was provided on an annual basis for maintaining my teeth hygiene has been excellent. Looking forward to receiving a text message, informing me of when to book another appointment from the practice. I will be back again in 6 months - 1 year to book another appointment to have the Diamond treatment! She is very friendly, supportive, interactive and helpful. I also advised my brother to book an appointment with Mihaela as well this year and he had a very good treatment as well.
