I have been undertaking remedial dentistry following several years of not visiting a dentist. The Dentist and Hygienist are both professional and clear with the treatment plan to get things in order. So from that perspective, I agree with the comments left in these reviews.
However, they are not good value for money. I have just been on the which website, and compared their costs with other dentists in the area plus Harley Street Dentists. They are probably more in line with what you would pay in Harley Street. For example I was quoted £2,500 for an implant and £850 for a crown. Sadly this is a reflection on how dentistry has become more like the US in this country, if you don't have insurance or a deep pocket for a lot of people these costs are out of reach. I also note this practice does not have/take on any NHS patients.
From my perspective, I will probably have a further round of maintenance treatment but the more expensive things will certainly need to be prioritised. Its a shame because I do like the dentist and the hygienist at this practice.

I visited Brightside Dental and was pleasantly surprised by the level of care and understanding I received. My teeth were in a pretty bad state, but the staff were incredibly patient and kind. The dentist herself, Dr Minal Shah, was very gentle and took the time to explain everything. I was initially embarrassed about the condition of my teeth, but was made me feel comfortable and reassured throughout the entire process. I'm grateful for their compassion and professionalism. I highly recommend this dental practice to anyone, especially those who may feel anxious or self-conscious about their oral health.
Was somewhat surprised on calling them this week to get a quote for Dental Implants, I was informed by Elaina/Alena??? that the costs would be £15k to £20K for the top jaw and £30k to £40k for the lower jaw !!!! Never heard of such high costs! I should have requested in writing. Unbelievable!!!
