Went in for a wisdom tooth removal, the waiting time was very reasonable, front desk was kind and the dentist (Shahrokh) and nurse (Taja) took great care of me! Procedure went better than what I’ve previously experienced at the hospital, I was in and out within 40 minutes from arrival.

Very kind and thoughtful.

I had Dr Shahrohk for my dental treatment and he was fantastic. The nurse supporting Taja was also great. Krystal the receptionist was very helpful afterwards.

The dentist had a good attitude and was patient with me because I am deaf, also the receptionists were fantastic too.

Ronit was brilliant. Attention to detail and such care for his profession, best dentist I have ever had.
Unfortunately my payment experience was less brilliant. The text on the screen was so small I could not read it, it looked as though it said £700 but I wasn’t sure so I said I can’t see the text. I was then brought back to the original page on the iPad and I said that I wasn’t expecting such a large bill.
I said can I put this on a payment plan, to which I was told it’s only possible prior to the appointment.
I then queried my mouth guard saying I haven’t got this made yet, so I managed to get the guard down to paying half now and half when installed.
I think generally there should have been some discussion or allowance for a payment plan seen as the payment was over £700.
Obviously I should have calculated my own total but the fillings were agreed so long ago I couldn’t remember.
I guess my wider point is that for such large sums there should be an option for a payment plan on the day, or at least some consideration or empathy if this is not possible would have softened the blow.
Putting a bill of £730 on an iPad in the smallest font ever and a blurry screen and asking someone to sign it without it being written clearly is not what I was expecting from Brightside Dental.

Great experience, have been using Brightside dental for over a year and the service has been excellent throughout.

Had an extraction here today with Dr Navaee, it was a completely un-traumatic experience with absolutely no pain, he explained all the steps and made me feel pretty comfortable about thew whole thing, was very fast and skilled with the whole procedure.

As always a totally professional, positive experience with hygienist Mihaela Danila. She took her time with my mother who is 91 years old yesterday, very patient explaining every step of the process.
