The team at Brightside Dental is excellent!
The receptionists, Krystal and Abi represent the practice so well and are a real pleasure to deal with. When I initially got in touch, I received a reply to my email query within minutes. They are both warm, friendly, professional, and simply fantastic. This is crucial, as they are the first point of contact and make you feel at ease straight away.
Everyone I have dealt with so far has shown great care and professionalism, making me feel comfortable. Dr Minal, Lana, Caroline, and Dr Shahrokh have all been brilliant. They give me the opportunity to ask questions and take the time to answer and explain them.
I know that going to the dentist can be associated with negative emotions and fear, but honestly, you won’t feel like that with Brightside Dental. I would wholeheartedly recommend this practice, especially if you are a nervous patient.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Shahrokh Ali and his assistant Maria. From the moment I arrived, they both made me feel comfortable and at ease. They were extremely patient and kind, taking the time to explain every step of the procedure in a clear and reassuring way.

The course of my treatment has been quite extensive. I have had a new porcelain crown fitted to better complement one of the two implants.
