The staff were warm and welcoming even though I was a little late but still in time no one made a fuss or mentioned it. Everything was explained clearly and I was encouraged to ask questions. I was made to feel comfortable and a genuine interest shown in me as a person. The assessment was thorough and in depth and xrays explained and shown to me in detail. Treatment plan was suggested to me and offered to be done in stages so recommended urgent treatment phase 1 then future treatment not as urgent phase 2. Various options for membership and choices with special offers and deals. Payment for treatment made accessible by offering different ways to pay. All in all a very positive experience and I'm looking forward to having a healthy oral routine. Very pleased with the service 😀

Invisalign, hygienist and a crown
I have been going to see Ketan and his team for a few years and had Invisalign braces. I used to be a nervous patient but over time I built up my confidence with Ketan and found that things would be explained carefully and sympathetically and my fears reduced accordingly. I had previously had a painful experience with a hygienist but at Brightside, Negar couldn’t be better! She makes the treatment comfortable. I recently had a crown done by Paarth. Some years ago I would have been worrying about it for weeks and very anxious, but when it came to the time I was only a little nervous and soon felt ok as the procedure was completely painless and Paarth reassuring. This is all backed up with lovely dental assistants & friendly reception staff. I do recommend Brightside to anyone- especially if you are a nervous patient- hopefully you won’t be for long.

Hygenist Visit
Excellent and considerate care
I have been going to Brightside Dental for a few years now & have experienced excellent and considerate care whilst having Invisalign with Ketan. I recently had a crown fitted by Paarth. A few years ago, I would have been very anxious about it, but I was fine with it as I was confident about receiving treatment. This has meant a lot to me. Thank you Ketan & Paarth!

I've had a few different procedures done at Brightside recently and I couldn't recommend them enough to anyone looking for a dentist. The admin/reception staff were always professional and helpful and the dentists, nurses, and hygienist were excellent in all aspects. I can't think of a single negative about the whole experience!
