I am an extremely nervous patient. Paras and Maria were so kind and patient. The initial assessment laid out everything I needed and we planned a first appointment to do one filling to see how I went. We’ve now made a plan to do the rest of the treatment that feels manageable. They explained everything that was happening and were responsive to my anxiety. They let me listen to my headphones to help stay calm!

I have been with Brightside Dentists for many years now and i find them very professional, from the receptionists to the hygienists and the actual dentists and nurses , 10 out of 10 , i would / have recommended them to family and friends.

This was the first time I had seen Paras and he was really reassuring which put me at ease. I have been a very nervous patient but all the staff at Brightside are genuinely caring and considerate. Paras did a super and skilled job - thank you!

As a very anxious patient I can't believe I'm writing this, but I am a huge fan of this dental practice, especially Dr Ronit Patel and hygienist Mihaela Danila.

I love that it doesn't smell like dentist at all. The staff are really friend and everyone takes their time.

Being rather panicky around anything to do with the dentist makes trusting them really hard. It is wonderful to be able to see the scans and x-rays on a screen while the dentist explains what's going on with my teeth. It's fab to see the problem when there is one and also see when everything is completely fine.

The membership is another thing I'm a fan of. As much as I feel comfortable at this dentist, I would not come twice a year if it wasn't for the option to pay monthly for check-ups and hygienist. Making the next appointment when I'm there and knowing it's already paid for really helps me keep going regularly.

Highly recommending this dentist practice! I've just had my 4 year anniversary and 7th check-up with them after not going to the dentist for at least 5 years prior to joining Brightside Dental.

I’ve just had a new crown fitted with Ronit, who has been taking care of me for a number of years. It all went very smoothly from the initial prep, assessment and temporary crown and the new one took minutes to fit and was very easy with no discomfort or pain. He is very good at checking in with me throughout any treatment and mindful of other health issues I have which is really helpful and reassuring making it really easy to be happy to come to the dentist

I have been going here for many years there new place is state of the art and the staff are very proffesional the dentist do not over do work and advise to there best knowledge of wht should be done as preventative care

I attended my first consultation at Brightside yesterday. Reception were cheerful and welcoming. Ronit did a thorough examination and explained any issues that needed addressing. The 3D scan is especially helpful in this. He suggested a treatment plan and was reassuring as I’m a nervous patient and had some concerns. We booked me in for treatment in the coming weeks. I’ve visited many dental practices over the years this one is definitely at the top of my better experiences so far.

Very pleased with course of treatment involving replacement crown and two fillings, from Dr. Paarth Darbar. Everything well-explained and carried out with great precision and care. I had to have a large filling and a broken crown replaced in the same visit. I am quite a nervous patient, but I felt utterly comfortable with Ronit despite it being nearly a whole hour’s treatment. And all the other staff were kind and excellent as well.

I have been with Brightside Dental for over 15 years. They are an amazing team right across the board! I definitely feel like the patient is always put first, and is at the centre of all treatment decisions. I find the team friendly, approachable and thoroughly professional, solution-focused with an emphasis on personal and bespoke needs. They communicate very clearly and have been experts at delivering consistently great results for me. In terms of dentistry, early warning/referrals to other professionals, restorative work and hygiene treatments, I cannot speak highly enough of them.
