I recently had a check-up appointment with Dr. Shah, and I was really impressed with the experience. Dr. Shah used a modern digital scanner called iTero, which made the whole process quick and comfortable. In just a few minutes, the scanner created detailed 3D images of my mouth, showing not just my teeth but also how they are rooted in my jaw and any alignment issues. Dr. Shah explained everything clearly and used the 3D images to show me exactly what was going on with my dental health. It was fascinating to see such detailed pictures and understand my teeth better. Overall, the appointment was efficient and informative, and I appreciated the use of advanced technology to enhance my care.

Initially very nervous to have my tooth extracted. I told Dr Shahrokh and Simona and they were both so reassuring and I felt at ease. The procedure was pain free, quick and nothing to have worried about. Thank you!

To say I’m a nervous patient is an understatement, but I was pleased with my appointment with Dr Shah. Admittedly I haven’t had any treatment yet but Dr Shah was extremely pleasant and took time to ensure I understood what was wrong with my teeth and agree a treatment plan with me. She has given me the confidence to proceed with the treatment she has recommended at Brightside.

I haven't seen a dentist for 12 years and after lots of research I decided to choose Brightside Dental and I've definitely made the right choice. I was made to feel less anxious and the treatment I'm going to need was fully explained to me. The dentist was gentle when he was examining my mouth and I felt no pain. I'm going to recommend Brightside Dental to my friends too. So relieved I've finally taken that first step to getting a better smile and to make dental check ups a regular thing and part of taking better care of my health.

So after my initial consultation at Brightside I was full of confidence and ready to have the treatment offered to me, as the time got nearer to my appointment I was feeling really anxious and honestly was going to back out! On the morning of my extraction I decided to get there early for fear of not going, when I got there the girls at reception could not have been nicer. I waited to see my dentist, when I went in she was so kind and understanding and lovely, she promised me it would be completely painless and it was. I can’t thank her and the staff at Brightside enough. I came out of there feeling very pleased with myself and actually a bit foolish for not getting this treatment done sooner, thanks so much to you all at Brightside, you were brilliant.

I had my routine check-up today, I was well informed on the status on my oral health and given advice accordingly. I would like to mention the lovely nurse Lana for being very calming and gentle during the stage of my x-rays being taken.

Was seen by the lovely Parth today who is very professional and advised me on the treatment I needed. He started the prep today and put me at ease by numbing the area before the drilling commenced. I didn't feel a thing just the noise of the drill, he kept asking if I was ok which I was, then the temporary crown was fitted! I shall return in the next few weeks to have the permanent crown fitted! All in all took 40 minutes!

My appointment was with Mihaela.
I wouldn’t dream of ever going to anyone other than Mihaela. She is so thorough and I speak from experience. I have been to different Hygienist over the years but I can honestly say none of them were as thorough as Mihaela.
She really cares as well and you get that from her.
She is very professional and knows her stuff.
I would highly recommend her.

I'm on the members plan and routinely schedule my 6 monthly check up and hygienist appointment so that Check ups are comprehensive, dentist takes time to explain potential dental work which may be needed and hygienist is gentle in her approach.

Extremely knowledgeable and very kind and caring. No pain whatsoever. I would recommend Mihaela without hesitation.
