Minal is so very good at putting a nervous patient like me at ease and she is a great communicator too, keeping the patient informed at every step of the way.

Emergency cracked tooth repair
Very good experience from start to finish. Booked easily online and spoke to a friendly receptionist over the phone. I hadn’t been to any dentist in over 15 years so I was a little bit nervous, but I was made to feel comfortable and at ease straight away by everybody I dealt with. The appointment went very well with no discomfort whatsoever. Thank you to Dr Paarth Darbar and the rest of the team for making my visit an enjoyable one and see you again soon.

I went for my normal 6-monthly appointment, I’ve had the same hygienist for years which is lovely as you get to know them.
I asked some questions about teeth whitening, which she kindly answered.
My teeth feel so clean and with her advice I’m keeping everything under control.

Great team at Brightside
As always saw the lovely Parth for my check-up today, he is very professional and thorough with a caring manner. Unfortunately, I need a crown fitted as my previous filling cracked and long term would be wise to have a crown fitted although expensive its the best way forward and I have every faith in Parth to deliver. Also seen the wonderful Mihaela for my hygiene appointment, she is so lovely and advises on my oral hygiene, painless too, I just love the staff at Brightside, they are a great team, keep up the good work!

Crown replacement
I have put off having my crowns replaced for years despite the fact they didn't look good. I was nervous about having the treatment but Ronit was really good at keeping me calm at the beginning of the appointment and explained every stage as we went. The old crowns didn't want to come off but he persevered and fortunately we found that the initial work on the posts, done when I was a child, was good enough quality to take new replacement crowns.

Removing old crowns and replacing with temporary whilst new replacements made.
My experience was painless
This dentist was a highly skilled professional. She extracted the root of the tooth that was broken off. She injected the anesthetic in the right place to numb the pain and equally important - only in the place needed. I.e in most cases the dentists, to ensure the procedure is painless, inject the anaesthetic in several places leaving the patient with a big swollen face after the procedure. My experience was painless, fast, stress-free and I had no swollen face afterwards. I was able to go to work the same day and had no complications in healing.
