It would have been 5☆ but I was waiting for 7 minutes due to the Hygienist & her assistant chatting before they called me in for my appointment??
The Hygienist, Mihaela, was extremely thorough whilst doing my 'Crystal cleaning'. She explained the whole process and ensured that I was comfortable & allowed me to frequently close my mouth to stop any aching from occurring.
Finally, I would highly recommend Mihaela but please be mindful of your patient's time too!

Best dentist by far.
I have been going to private dental clinics since I was able to at 18 as I take my oral health extremely seriously. Despite this I’ve still had issues, even with really ‘upmarket’ dentists in central London. But now, finally, I have found a dental clinic that takes my dental health seriously and actually cares. Fantastic reception staff who actually respect you, and talk to you like a normal person. Exceptional dental professionals. Dr Ketan especially is worth a mention; he really has a passion for his work.

As someone who had a phobia of dental treatment for 3 decades, I have now been with Brightside for over 12 years and have been very pleased with the quality of their work and their excellent patient care. This is despite having previously neglected my teeth and thus needing a lot of work done including root canal treatment, extractions, and crowns.

My teeth have never looked better
Very pleased with the service and results provided by Minal throughout my cosmetic journey after finishing orthodontic treatment, which consisted of Enlighten whitening, replacing some silver fillings with composite ones, and having my upper front 6 teeth enhanced through composite bonding. My teeth have never looked better and the process was smooth and painless. Would 100% recommend!
