I am an older patient but was really impressed by all staff. From the greeting and advice from the receptionist from the outset, beginning and at the end. The first appointment was with Ketin and Caroline was a joint appointment. I felt totally at ease and they both made me feel like I mattered. The whole examination was thorough and far reaching unlike I have ever experienced before. Both Ketin and Caroline were willing and resolved initial dental problem, and are committed
to provide satisfactory options of ongoing treatment.

The experience was great
As always, the experience was great from the reception staff, the hygienist and everyone at Brightside. The appointment was on time, and care was taken over the discussion of my teeth and oral health prior to the treatment.

Filling
Painless treatment today, starting with injection after having numbing cream. Drill, hardly felt it. At the end asked to bite down, said it was a bit rough (felt like cotton wool was in mouth) so filling was filed. However turned out I was biting my cheek that was why it was strange. After I left realised. Four hours have now passed, all feels good.

Gentle and takes time to explain
Ketan is warm and puts you at ease, as is Simons. He really explained the available options, and helps you to make an informed decision.
He is gentle and takes time to explain what he is about to do before he does it, so I felt relaxed and confident in what was being done. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

I have been a patient at Brightside Dental for the past 5 years or so. Paarth, (My dentist, and Michela, (my hygienist, do an excellent job - possibly the best I've known. I have no idea about the other dentists/hygienists, or the dental surgery itself (which, I suspect is slightly more focussed on commerce than treatment). That said, the receptionists and dental nurses are kind and welcoming. As long as i am still treated by Paarth and Mihela I would not even consider changing to a different dental practice.

Very careful and thorough
I rate the dental practice very highly. I had a concern about a tooth and got an appointment on the same day. The dental work on my teeth is complicated, and not easy to discern as I have so many bridges (none of which were carried out by this Practice, unfortunately). The focus of the practice is on preventative care which I very much appreciate. All in all a considerate, careful and professional service.

The visit was a preliminary one, and has not involved a treatment plan, as yet. What is slightly annoying is that I have to fill-in information for ideal cost of treatment, when there was no treatment to be costed, I don’t want to give a five but on the other hand, I don’t want to give a nought. There should be a not applicable box.
Could not be happier
I've just finished my Invisalign treatment and am THRILLED with the results! Could not be happier. Well worth the money and I would highly recommend Brightside to anyone who is considering it. Ronit was super professional, responsive and realistic throughout the whole process. Wider staff are also really friendly. Relieved any anxiety I had and made me feel valued.
