After seeing so many great reviews, I booked an appointment at Brightside. I was feeling really anxious before my appointment, but Phoebe at reception was so incredibly kind and reassuring.
Ronit was very gentle and took things entirely at my pace - never making me feel rushed or silly for being nervous.
It’s clear the entire team is experienced in supporting nervous patients, which makes all the difference.

The person I spoke to on reception (sorry I didn’t get her name) when I called to make my appointment was very helpful & assured me I would receive caring treatment. Paras put me at ease as soon I entered the treatment room. He was sympathetic to my concerns & explained my options clearly. I left feeling confident that I would be taken care of and Paras explained he would be happy to proceed with any treatment that I needed at a pace I would be comfortable with going forward.

I saw the hygeinist, Michaela, who was the most professional and thorough hygeinist I have ever been treated by. She did a stellar job and informed me in detail of my teeth/gum issues. My consultation with the dentist was informative, sensitively explained what the procedures would be. I was completely put at ease and felt confident getting a much needed boost.
My hygienist was professional, knowledgeable, warm and friendly, taking time to explain the procedures in detail answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Brightside practice to anyone, nervous or not. Throughout my treatment I experienced no pain whatsoever.
