Care and attention
Excellent visit and dealt with by super efficient staff members, Negar was exceptional in her care and attention to me who am far from a good patient. Negar's patience and understanding was superb. The very welcoming smile from the reception counter was most evident and is very comforting upon arrival in the most pleasant practice.

Hygiene visit
Better than I could have imagined
For many years, I considered myself too old to fix my crowded, misaligned teeth. Then at the age of 64, I took the plunge and put myself into Ronit's hands. The care was exemplary and 15 months later, I am so happy with my new smile. Even when one tooth was too long in the tooth (sorry!) to move, Ronit improved its appearance with bonding and levelling. My teeth are better than I could have imagined, as was the level of care. Thank you.

I liked the way Dr Shah went above and beyond to explain to me all the possible treatment options I had. Professional, person-centred and calm approach definitely stood out for me, which was reassuring and put me at ease.

I had a very interesting dental experience yesterday, considering i prefer not to visit because of my over sensitive gums, but Ronet ? and his assistant Elsa did a wonderful job of keeping me focused by letting me know what they were doing in my mouth every step of the way and in the end achieving not one but four difficult fillings in one session. Very supportive and understanding
Ketan was very supportive and understanding, and answered all my questions easily. It’s always a good experience whenever I go, regardless of what needs doing. I’ve been coming to the practice for a long time and I am very impressed with the new technology available now. It’s clear how much effort is put in to bring the most up to date practices on board. Really happy with how I’m being treated.

I would like to say a big thank you for being so caring today from entering your reception area to all of the dental staff that dealt with me.

Hygienist was great
Really felt like a state-of-the-art check-up.
I left very confident about my teeth and aware and confident with any work suggested.
The hygenist was great. The shock was the shining white teeth she found in my mouth. I have not seen my teeth look like that since I had them professionally whitened years ago.
