I hate the dentist and often leave it for far too long. Mihaela was amazing. Firstly for putting me at ease but secondly a no-judgement thorough clean. Very friendly too.

The hygienist was very professional and gave me some really useful advice.

How relaxed the dentist made me feel. The tooth extraction was painless and so quick. The staff are warm, friendly and welcoming. I will be returning again for further treatment for implants.

From parking to reception staff to waiting area to dental assessment, it all so far surpasses what I have been used to.

Been a patient here for a few years now. Seen the hygienist every 3 months. As I am very phobic about my teeth particularly my top set which after years of poor brushing and only going to dentists when in pain are in a terrible state. I am never made to feel silly or stupid or that I am doing wrong by being a nervous patient with many phobic behaviours. Negar my hygienist is friendly and very patient with me. Her assistant Elif is also very patient and understanding at the constant need for breaks as i struggle with the machinery and the noise of the dentist office. I am gradually getting better at brushing and through still phobic I am able to go more regularly now and am not so anxious when I walk through the door knowing that Negar and Elif will be very welcoming and friendly and helping me with my oral health. I also see Ketan who is my regular dentist. He always explains all the procedures in full detail and is again very understanding of my phobias. I would recommend Brightside to anyone who struggles with phobias around dentist. They will make you feel very welcome and help you overcome your phobias in time.

Had an x-ray for the pain in my teeth, hoping to find the problem of my suffering.

As always a good experience - professional and thorough. Diagnosed the issue with the back tooth and suggested remedial action.

I was experiencing a lot of discomfort in the lower left side of my mouth. I made an appointment with Abi to see Parth who examined me thoroughly and advised me that I had an infection. Parth arranged for me to be seen by Ketan on the same day. Ketan confirmed Parth’s diagnosis and advised me of the treatment required. Ketan undertook the first stage of the treatment after which the pain subsided. I am now due to go for the second stage of route canal treatment. Overall, I am really happy with the way this matter was dealt with. I would recommend Brightside Dental without hesitation. Great service and a great team to be looked after by.

Only puzzle was why the receptionist suggested a visit in November, abit too soon for a hygienist routine visit after today's treatment.

I don't want to share the picture, however I met today a lovely young dentist Minal Shah and her lovely assistant. I felt very welcomed and wanted to say Thank you for your job ladies, thank you for your patience and sorry for what you have seen !!! I really appreciate your effort ❤️❤️❤️

First time visitor here. Staff are friendly and welcoming. The service was really efficient - not only was my consultation really thorough, they managed to got me in with the hygienist in a gap this afternoon!
As someone who’s very nervous about the cleaning process (I can’t stand the feeling of the machines around my gums/teeth) this is the best experience I’ve ever had! My mouth was numbed, it was truly the least aggravating hygienist procedure ever. Highly recommend to other anxious people!

I had my teeth cleaned by Negar and her assistant today. Very professional and made me feel at ease.

I was made a same-day appointment, staff (young lady) on reception was very courteous, professional and very pleasant. My appointment was with my regular dentist Dr Ketan.
Once again, very professional and kept me well informed and settled before and after the extraction.

I came in for the Invisalign treatment and everything turned out great. All the staff were nice and Dr Ketan who lead the treatment made sure everything went smoothly.

It has taken me a while to fully trust a good dentist and you guys did a great job, very welcoming at the desk, you guys are very caring and know how to keep people relaxed and feel great during and after any check-ups or treatment, my father had some work done and recommended your surgery to me and I couldn't be more happier to have chosen your team, I'll be sure to make it my primary surgery to come to in the future, keep up with the great work, very proud of the team!

I came here many years ago because my local dentist was unable to extract my wisdom tooth and due to the pain decided to have it done privately by Dr Shahrokh Navaee who was absolutely amazing. This time my local dentist was unable to treat me and referred me to another dentist who also was unable to provide me with clear advice as to the treatment and referred me to Chase Farm Hospital. Due to the pain I decided to inquire with Brightside dental as a private patient because I remembered Dr Navaee. Krystal the receptionist was fantastic and so efficient & helpful as she was my main contact person for everything. They referred me for a CT scan and my appointment with Dr Navaee was promptly arranged. I was expecting an extraction but it turns out it was not that particular tooth in question and no extraction was required. He explained everything in detail and gave his expert advice and opinion and I left with a clearer picture as to what my situation is; which my previous two dentists was very vague about. I only wish that this was my local nhs dentist as they have been so friendly, helpful and professional.
