As I was a very nervous patient I had no reason to worry as coming to Brightside Dental practice was a very positive experience.
My initial visit with Dr Ketan Shah was very thorough and he explained in detail with photos and scans of my teeth how my oral health was doing. I needed a few visits to the Hygienist after a lapse of visiting the dentist.
Negar Nasrabadi was superb. The deep de-scaling treatment was pain free and she made me feel at ease all the time.
I was so relieved and pleased with the results that I wanted to give my teeth a brighter smile. I decided to try the Enlighten teeth whitening treatment. Negar and Taja explained the procedures in detail to me on how to use the trays and gel for the next three weeks. They reassured me I would be happy with the results. They were right! After three weeks of using the trays at night, my teeth had never looked so good! Since having my teeth whitened and cleaned professionally it has definitely given me a huge lift and confidence in my job meeting with the public.
Thank you everyone at Brightside Dental for being the most welcoming and professional dental practice. I would highly recommend Brightside if anyone is nervous of dentists.
