Very professional.

The dentist was lovely, I panic at the thought of treatment but this visit was calm and relaxed. She explained everything thoroughly including payment and payment options. As a result, I am not feeling any stress about the upcoming treatments and procedures. Thank you.

I’m a very nervous patient and haven’t been to a dentist for over 20 years but a broken tooth meant I needed to seek treatment. Brightside were recommended to me as they are very good with nervous people. I can honestly say they were great. They explained what was happening every step of the way and I didn’t feel anxious at all. Would highly recommend.

I haven’t been to the dentist in over 10 years it’s my biggest fear however this was the best dentist I’ve ever been to made me feel comfortable at all times they spoke with me through the process before anything was done I was made to feel comfortable and honestly no pain at all best dentist I recommend everyone to come here my dentist today was miss Negar very friendly and professional please try this place

I had a dental emergency on 7/6/23 and needed to be seen on the day as I was flying out of the country the following day.

I contacted the practice on their 24hr telephone number at 6:30am and was surprised to be answered by a human being at that time in the morning! They were able to fit me in at 12:00 on the same day, which I was really grateful for.

The lady dentist who saw me told me she had just joined the practice a couple of weeks prior. She was friendly, welcoming and talked me through every step of the process. I experienced no pain or discomfort and was really pleased with the result. I would happily see her again.

The only reason I am not giving this experience 5 stars is that the price I was quoted on the phone for the filling was not the price I ended up being charged. The staff explained that the reason for that was that the filling was larger than normal, but in that situation I would have expected to have been quoted a price range as opposed to a fixed price. The difference was not great, but it was not negligible either. It was a small issue given that the rest of my experience was positive, therefore the practice definitely deserves 4 stars.

Had my usual check-up at Brightside and got the all-clear, no treatment needed. So splashed out on the diamond clean rather than the standard one. Great service as always.

Excellent service. Friendly

I had to have a tooth extraction performed by Minal. I usually have the wand but could not with an extraction, she was so reassuring and I did not feel any pain having the normal anaesthetic injection. The procedure was over so quickly and pain free. I was told what care was needed and I was also given a little pamphlet too.

Sana & Lana were very nice and calming, it made the experience and procedure 1000% times better and easier

I hadn't been to Brightside for at least 5 years due to Covid and multiple health issues.
So I was expecting bad news and possibilities of a lot of work needed doing.
However because of work done so well previously by Brightside I only need some plaque cleaning, advice on gum care and topping up of a previous filling.
Another great feature were new diagnostic tools that are less invasive including Xrays taken from outside the mouth
So I left with far less worries than when I walked in !

Can’t believe my treatment has come to an end. Completed so quickly! Now started my whitening treatment. The service has been second to none, so professional….already recommended Brightside to a friend for Invisalign Treatment.
