Very pleasant visit
I found the process very friendly, thorough and professional. I appreciated the extra steps to make me feel comfortable, such as soothing music in the room and a genuine introduction conversation prior to the examination. I would recommend this service to others.

Very well run practice
Excellent reception staff. Very efficient and most patient team whilst working on my teeth. I am a very nervous patient who gets uncomfortable in the chair where I was made to feel as comfortable as possible whilst making me feel at ease. The modern equipment now is use also makes the visit less uncomfortable. This all stems from a very well run practice.

Hygienist appointment
I am not comfortable visiting the dentist because of my over sensitive gums but my hygienist Mihaela Danila has been very good at calming me down by talking me through the process as she go along. I am most grateful for this because I am trying to be calm Mihaela can get on with her job.

It was a pleasant experience from the welcoming reception staff to the calm professionalism of Ketan who carefully explained the options and details of the proposed treatment. Everything went perfectly and I was very happy with the result.

Best dentist I have ever experienced
Today I saw Dr Vinita and nurse Lana.
I must say they were both incredible.
Firstly Dr Lana gave me a tooth extraction with the most easiest process ever, the best dentist I have ever experienced, she was a pleasure and explained everything, truly brilliant experience and Lana gave me my X-ray which was well explained. I have been paid privately previously for the same thing and this experience was truly the best ever.

I hadn't visited the dentist for a while. And this was definitely the best choice I made. Informative. Safe. They even throw on relaxing music. I thought I was in a massage not a dentist. They go to lengths to make sure you're okay and comfortable with the process. If I give five stars people will think I'm lying. So I give four. But please. Do not hesitate to use Brightside. Genuinely nice people

Once again the Receptionist was very friendly and kind which makes all the difference when feeling a little anxious.
Dr Shah has a lovely calm manner. His explanations were very thorough and soon put me at my ease.

Most people wouldn’t say they enjoy going to the dentist, but every staff member at Brightside treats you so well and transmits calmness, so you actually enjoy going! You can tell they like their jobs. I’ve only had positive experiences going and it’s worth the premium.
