Definitely recommend Brightside Dental
I had a follow up hygienist appointment with started on time and was done professionally. I never look forwards to going to the dentist/ hygienist but there is a lot of explanation about process and guidance given in a reassuring way. I would definitely recommend Brightside Dental, if you are anything like me.
The reception staff are also very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

Really reassuring
I really appreciate how friendly everyone is! I’m super used to going to dentists but I’m always worried about the diagnosis lol so it was really reassuring. Also shoutout to Krystal as I get super nervous on the phone.

Filling and night guard

Very impressed with my first visit to Brightside to see the hygienist. I am quite a nervous dental patient and have really sensitive gums but they put but immediately at ease and put numbing gel on my gums so the cleaning process didn’t hurt at all. The hygienist also regularly stopped to check I was OK. I will definitely be going back and can highly recommend especially anxious patients.

Hygienist cleaning visit

Very kind and professional, scanned my teeth and took xrays.
I had never had my teeth scanned before, very quick and not painful or anything like that, so very pleased about that.
Also saw hygienist.

Calm and caring
Brightside always give a sensitive and professional service. They approach their work in a calm and caring manner, ensuring you are aware of the treatment that is happening and you are well informed of all the options. The treatment is completed in a compassionate way and their person centred approach makes you feel secure in the fact that the advice you are getting is for your benefit and not for financial gain.
I have recommended Brightside to many people in the past and will continue to do so. They view their customers as friends and I look forward to my 6 monthly visits to Ketan and Michaela (the hygienist).

Trustworthy and compassionate
Gentle and calm assessment of my dental needs. Fully informed about procedures and treatments as well costing. I felt that my needs and the treatment i receive was about patient care and what was best for me and this was not just an opportunity to make money from treatment.

On 30th December, I attended Brightside Dental for my 6 monthly appointment with Mihaela the hygienist.
I felt that my dental review went well.
Mihaela was pleased with condition of my gumline and explained what would be happening during each stage of the review.
It was recommended that I have a diamond polish due to staining behind my teeth which I agreed to.
Mihaela & the dental nurse assisting her were polite and welcoming.
And I left feeling more confident & with a smile on my face as my teeth felt cleaner.
I do not hesitate to recommend this dental practice to anyone.

I’ve been registered with Brightside for many years. Ketans team whether receptionists, hygienists or dentists are wonderful. My experience today was no exception. Awake from 2am with toothache, left a message with the after hours service at 7am, at 9.02am I was called and offered an appointment for 2pm and was seen by Paarth. He was as always a star (he has also treated my kids) toothache sorted and now at 8pm I’m on the mend. Can’t recommend these guys enough - six stars needed!

I had a very good experience with my check up on Monday. Dr Paarth didn’t force me to have an X-Ray as he realised that I am not comfortable with having something between my teeth or in my mouth when having an X-Ray taken. He was very pleased with my teeth and no treatment was necessary. He will see me again in six months time.

It was a relief to be able to have my dental hygienist appointment brought forward. Actual procedure was quite quick as I was able to open my mouth wider so my dentist was able to get my teeth cleaned properly. And polished them.

Fast fix and preparation
My onlay came out and I was seen within a day. The dentist was professional and reassured me about the works required, including that I would not feel the preparation work.
I’ve got a temporary replacement and wait 2 weeks for the real thing.
