Most family and friends who I speak with are terrified of dental and hygiene visits. This makes me realise just how lucky I am to have Mihaila looking after me. She is fantastic and always makes me feel reassured. Mihaila has been my hygienist at Brightside ever since she joined the practice. She has guided me through and managed my gum disease both expertly and professionally. She treats me with dignity and respect and I trust her whole-heartedly with my gums and teeth. Without her I do not think I would have had the success achieved so far in terms of maintaining healthy gums. She encourages regular check-ups, responds to any oral changes rapidly, checks in on my overall health and above all else, delivers gold-standard hygiene treatments. As ever, I was greeted warmly today and had a super treatment with the usual patient feedback. This included where there was been progress and where there was some room for improvement. Today Mihaila was assisted by Lana, who helped make the entire process stress-free. Thank you both! I left the practice with my mouth feeling great!

Great service by Mihaela and very kind and friendly. Always nervous about the dentist but she explained everything she was doing and allowed me to stop when it was too much.

From the phone call to walking out the door, everyone who serviced me were excellent . From the dental hygienist,Negar and her assistant (who are absolutely brilliant in their work) to the Reception team who were very helpful to rebook my appointment on priority understanding my issues.

I’ve been coming to Brightside Dental for regular check-ups with my favorite dentist, Ronit, for several years now. I always enjoy these visits! The check-ups are not just about teeth – Ronit gives great advice on overall oral health, managing sensitivity, and even how stress can affect my jaw or headaches. I also really value the reassurance of the cancer screening at every appointment. Truly exceptional care!

Attended my 6 monthly hygienist visit as usual. Was greeted by the friendly receptionists Krystal and her colleague. After a short wait I was greeted by Mihaela my Dental Hygienist. Mihaela has been looking after both my daughters and my wife and I for a few years now and we have nothing but praise for her. Brightside has looked after our teeth for many years now and we would not dream of going anywhere else for our dental care. The whole team at Brightside are polite and friendly but above all, professional.

Michaela explained everything she was doing and checked if I was ok during the cleaning – such a lovely lady! I left feeling great with very nice, clean teeth. I just completed my tooth implant treatment with Dr. Shahrokh and felt incredibly reassured by his extensive knowledge and experience. The procedure was smooth; the only pain I experienced was related to gum healing after the anesthetic eased off. Throughout my recovery, I felt completely comforted by his assurance and clear expertise. This was my second successful implant completed by Dr. Shahrokh, and I highly recommend his services for complex dental work.
