Describing myself as a nervous client is an understatement. I avoid dentist visits at all cost. However since I have been under the care of Dr Ketan, this has improved greatly. I live almost 11 miles away, and drive past several local dentist to attend this surgery. Dr Ketan takes an a gentle approach. He reassures me before we start any procedure. When I started my treatment he encouraged me to listen to music through my headphones as it would help me relax. I would definitely recommend their service to everyone, especially nervous clients.

I saw Paarth last week - huge white filling. I try not to be nervous but hate it when the anaesthetic goes in. I didn't even feel a scratch and barely felt anything during the injection so brilliantly well done. I always struggle to relax.
Paarth always gives me all the options, the costs and what treatment he recommends; best for me and my purse.

I attended my hygienist appt on Saturday and Neger was so polite. She put me ease and made me feel special by talking in general before treatment.

I have been a patient of Dr Ketin Shah for over 15 years. When I first saw him I was very nervous of going to the dentist due to a previous terrible experience. However now I know I can go without any worries. He is very professional andhe practice has been upgraded to a very high standard. I would recommend him to anyone.

I've been a long time patient but this is the first time I've had to have a root canal at the practice. I get very nervous with procedures and I went in horrified. Dr Ketan talked me through the procedure and what he'll be doing. Overall it is much like getting a filling done albeit more time consuming. The procedure wasn't nearly as scary as what I thought it would be. The team is very patient and understanding.

Dr Ketan Shah has been fantastic throughout my dental journey. I have moved quite far away now but I still return simply because of how fantastic the practice is and Ketan! Thank you very much.

Brightside Dental is absolutely the best dental practice that I have been to in my 30 years living in London.
I have brought there my 19 years old son (who was in great discomfort at that time) for the emergency wisdom tooth extraction.
The stuff at the clinic is very friendly and efficient. The whole registration was easy and quick. In two days we've had an appointment.
Dr. Shahrokh performed miraculous tooth extraction under 10 minutes and it was 100% painless. No discomfort after the procedure and in five days the whole experience was forgotten.
Thank you Dr. Shahrokh. This dental practice truly deserves not five, but ten stars.

Mihaela is excellent! I have a hygiene clean every six months with her and I wouldn't go anywhere else. She is so attentive and thorough and she gives really good advice on dental hygiene. Always happy to go to Brightside Dental! Thank you as always :)

I found the courage to look for a new dentist and after reading all the very helpful reviews I called Brightside to make my first appointment which was a huge step for me due to being petrified to say the least. I had an appointment with Ketan who understood my fears and was very calming helpful and honest.
I was extremely nervous just having the first check up.
I have now completed 2 sessions with Negar and Lila who are outstanding, professional and very caring. I thought I may have needed sedation but they helped me through the appointments and understood my fears. I have another 2 sessions booked and I know they will be pain free and I am getting more confidence every time I see them!!
If like me you have had awful experiences with the dentist and you are looking at the reviews please be reassured that the Brightside team will really care for you from making the first call with the very helpful reception team and just taking the first step. I cannot express how frightened I was and have now had 2 treatment sessions.
I would like to say my treatment and care have been outstanding and I know I will need further treatment but it will be with the Brightside team.

The dentist was professional in how he treated me, making sure that I was not in pain.

Visited the hygienist. She cleaned all the teeth then polished them.

Saw Mihaela today, she is so gentle cleaning my teeth, she puts you at easy, never painful, amazingly clean feeling teeth afterwards.
