My teeth have never looked better. The team at Brightside are talented, professional, trustworthy and friendly. They also use modern tools and tech where appropriate so I feel like I’m getting the best service possible.

Very high-tech equipment and I was shown all my teeth in high resolution to really understand what was going on with my teeth and their health. I could even see how my teeth currently are and how they could look should I wish to have them straightened to perfection. I had been a nervous patient before and Ketan and the hygienist used a brilliant numbing gel first and for the necessary dental work all the additional local anaesthetic I needed. I like the calm way I was made to relax, even with breathing exercises and everything was thoroughly explained prior to any work. I also liked that I was called following treatment to check how everything was.
I also feel that the service provided here is very good value for money, especially considering you always pay part of treatment even though the NHS.
Brightside was recommended to me and I’d also highly recommend to family and friends.

Ketan is kind, gentle and reassuring, which I really appreciate. Any treatments are delivered and managed really well and with the patient at heart. I recommend Brightside Dental to anyone.

My appointment was exactly on time. The hygienist made sure I was comfortable and was extremely informative about the procedure and what actions I could be taking to maintain healthy gums. She happily answered any questions and was very proficient in her work. Overall, a good experience considering I was dreading the appointment!

I had a very good experience and was put at ease by the Team. From Dr Ketan Shah to Negar the hygienist. My teeth feel and look great. Very pleased indeed. I never thought I would enjoy going to the dentist.

It has been 3 years since I first visited Brightside Dental, crippled with fear. Prior to this visit I had not seen a dentist for 30 years due to my nervousness. However, 3 years on I look forward to visiting the dentist.
This turnaround is down to the wonderful care, understanding and patience displayed by the dentist, Ketan. He is absolutely fantastic at reassuring you, giving detailed explanation of your treatment plan, and cost. Any treatment he is carrying out he goes at your pace, and ensure you are comfortable, before going ahead. I never imagined that I would ever feel at ease seeing a dentist. In fact all the staff are great. The hygienists are full of helpful information to help keep your teeth healthy, and their advice I have followed to the letter, and the results have been fantastic. The reception staff greet you warmly, always respond quick to any emails I send, and do their best to accommodate me when I ask to be seen at short notice. It is such a relief to have healthy teeth, and I urge those who are nervous to give Brightside Dental the opportunity to allay your fears. Brenda

Brightside have been excellent at every step of my experience with them. Incredibly informative, professional, communicative and welcoming.

The entire process was much quicker than expected and the app made it easier for me to contact Dr Ketan with any questions. The best money I’ve spent on myself.

All the staff I interacted with were friendly and welcoming. The hygienist did a thorough causing me minimal discomfort. The surgery is clean and well presented with a comfortable waiting room and well looked after equipment.

The staff are always so helpful and friendly and the customer service is always on point.
They always go through everything with you so you no exactly what treatment options you can take.

I was afraid of getting my tooth pulled out.
Managed to somehow make me relax and talked me through every thing he was going to do. He pulled out my tooth so quick I didnt even know it had happened. I would like to thank him and the lovely staff again for looking after me so well. They were very professional and caring at the same time.
I will definitely be going back soon to get my implants done, I'm no longer afraid.
