Previously, like most people, I would absolutely dread a visit to the Dentist, but since attending Brightside at the recommendation of a friend, I can honestly say it is an absolute pleasure to visit the surgery. The staff are extremely polite and my dentist is very patient and actually takes the time to explain things to me and I always come out of there with a smile on my face. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Brightside Dental and how I wish I had actually found them years ago when I was investigating the pros and cons of having dental implants.

Painless and efficient
I have been a patient at Brightside for many years and continue to attend even though I have moved to East Sussex. Recently I had two very old metal fillings replaced with white ones by Dr Patel. I was a little nervous as I hadn't had any treatment other than regular hygienist appointments for a long time but I was delighted with Dr Patel's calming and caring approach and the painless and efficient procedure. I continue to highly recommend Brightside.

Brightside provided a really great service. I hadn't been to them before but they explained everything very clearly and took the time to make sure I understood all my options. It was slightly unfortunate that I was referred for a CT scan but told I would only need to pay for the scan, not the report. Unfortunately, this is not the case, so I am paying £80 for the report that I wasn't expecting to need. It was an honest case of miscommunication though and overall I am very happy with the service they've provided.
