Always a calm experience when visiting!
I’m naturally a pretty anxious patient when it comes to going to the dentist, but once I started seeing Dr Ronit Patel for my treatments, I’m not as apprehensive for my checkups.
He patiently listens to concerns and goes through what the procedures will be step by step. It never feels rushed nor a hassle and I really appreciate that. Everything is always done with care and he has a really calm demeanour.
The attention to detail and calm approach encourages me to now go for frequent visits, as in the past I had neglected my oral hygiene due to my fears and phobias of the dentist since childhood.
Now it’s an enjoyable experience and I leave feeling really happy with my treatment . Motivates me to continually take care of my teeth!
Can’t thank him enough.

Considerate service
I hate the dentist and dread the 6 monthly experience. However, I’ve now been attending Brightside for 18 months, and my fear is definitely easing thanks to the pain free and sensitive treatment from my dentist and hygienist.

Hygienist & check up
Saved the day
Once again Mihaela saved the day by explaining what she was about to do in my mouth so I was prepared throughout the treatment, even though it was very painful I encouraged her to finish the treatment, I would refuse to do this treatment with another hygienist.

Hygienist course of gum treatment
A very professional and friendly dental practice
I have attended Brightside Dental for over 30 years and I have always received very professional and 1st class service from Ketan and his team who give over and beyond the call of duty to offer world-class dental care with compassion and humility. I would recommend this as the best dental practice in the Bounds Green/Arnos Grove/Palmers Green/Wood Green areas.

Reassuring appointment
I was so grateful to be able to have a consultation with Dr Shahrokh ahead of wisdom teeth extraction (part of a larger plan to tackle periodontal disease). He was so helpful, calm and reassuring. The subsequent extraction couldn’t have gone better. Thank you!

Super Hygienist
I have been a regular patient with my hygienist Mihaela Danila and as always I am treated with care and kindness. Since she has been looking after me I have very few issues with my teeth. She puts me at ease as soon as I sit in the chair and will always check with me during the procedure if I am ok for her to continue. She is professional and a very very competent Hygienist. This is of course what I would expect from Brightside Dental.

My crown came loose on Sunday. Emailed Brightside Monday morning received a swift reply went in Monday and it was fixed. Many thanks to Ketan and his wonderful team for an excellent and quick response.

Tooth extraction
The oral surgeon was a man of few words, but he did not delay in taking out my tooth. I was grateful for his efficiency and swiftness, as before I knew it, it was all over. The dental nurse was kind and her aftercare was thorough.
