Dr Patel provided clear recommendations with the pros and cons of different options for the removal of my old crowns (2 sets of 3) and replacement with new ones (as opposed to implants etc). The process, price, care plan etc was always clearly explained, and as a nervous patient I was always given information about what was happening to reassure me and given pain relief as needed. The offsite lab which made the crowns was very efficient and made excellent quality crowns. I am so pleased with my new smile.

Usual friendly experiance
I've said it many times before, but it's like visiting family or friends. The only difference being you end up in a backwards leaning chair and having a dental procedure take place. Todays visit was for a check-up. I talked to Ketin about an issue with two of my teeth and I was offered treatment right away.

Initially, I was very apprehensive of going to the dentist, as I hadn't been for 35 years. I hadn't visited the surgery for a number of years. Because of that I was very nervous as I'd likely need a number of fillings etc. And I hate the thought of the injections and sensation of drilling...so the fact that Brightside have the option of sedation was perfect for me. It was pricey but worth it. Ketan was great. He explained everything that needed doing, clearly. We discussed costs and timings and agreed a plan together. I had time to consider and plan. The actual sessions went really smoothly. Appointments were easy to make at a time that suited. The sedation worked brilliantly. I now won't be so nervous to go back. Pleasant surprise!
