I was referred to bright side for an extraction, their clinic was clean, receptionist was welcoming and the nurse who assisted during my extraction was kind and supportive.
I had an issue with the surgeon who adviced my to remove a healthy tooth, and her attitude during the surgery wasn't nice and frightening. I pointed this out to the clinic and it turned out that this surgeon is not employed by bright side, they only provided the room and the nurse, the surgeon came in from another department as I was referred.
I want to thank the person at bright side, who dealt with my harsh review with kindness and providing me with the right contact numbers so I can express my concerns.
I deeply apologize for my misunderstanding and thank you again Helena for your patience and professionalism.

I chose this place based on the reviews as my experience with another dentist in the area wasn't the best. I'm glad I did; the information provided prior, during and after the session was practical and detailed.
The service to get on board is straightforward and fast. There were no hide charges, and the team were polite.
I went for complete teeth cleaning; the coat is reasonable for the full service you receive.
I will keep with them; I also recommend them.

After many years of dental neglect, I did the classic thing of waiting until something was pretty badly wrong before sucking it up and finding a dentist. Based on the reviews went with Brightside and was not disappointed! was seen quickly and everyone was (and is!) super friendly and supportive, focusing on rectifying issues and improving my gum and tooth health rather than focusing on my previous issues. Pricing is clearly mentioned on their website and discussed at appointments so no nasty surprises. Would definitely recommend

Mihaela is so good with my autistic son. She explains things clearly and confidently for him. He feels completely relaxed with her and dental appointments are such a breeze! Thank you for being so wonderfully inclusive and understanding. I recommend this practice to everyone, and especially anyone who is nervous, has special needs or children. They are very accommodating.

I had 2 appointments in July 2024 with Ketan, each for the replacement of 3 aging fillings.
My observations:
The team seem happy and professional.
My treatment was completely pain free.
I actually found it so relaxing that I was starting to drop off to sleep in the chair!!
Ketan did a great job, and as soon as the injections wore off, my new fillings were immediately so comfortable that it was hard to tell that any change had happened.
This is a high quality practice, and highly recommend.
