We hadn’t been to the hygienist for a few years and were a bit apprehensive but Mihaela was exceptional, put us at ease, and our teeth felt and looked new again! The clean and polish was exceptional without giving us ‘white’ teeth. Couldn’t recommend her or the practice more.

Dr Sharokh (sorry if I’ve spelt it wrong) was amazing. His local anaesthetic was perfect - I didn’t feel a thing. He explained the procedure to me, so I knew exactly what to expect. He checked on me throughout the procedure too. Thank you for making it a stress free procedure!

Yesterday I had my 6 monthly dental hygienist appointment with Mihaela and Giovanna.
Each time I feel more relaxed,having started off being a very nervous patient.
Each procedure is talked through beforehand and we can pause if I suffer discomfort.
However now I know the procedures and the care and patience taken by Mihaela I rarely need to pause.
I have the choice of using my noise cancelling headphones with chilled out music because some of the equipment sounds I prefer to cut out and thanks to that relax easily.
So if you are like I was and are a nervous patient I highly recommend Brightside,its helpful staff and Mihaela in particular.
P.S. to Brightside.I couldn't get a Google name in my own name so you will know me by my initials and the cheeky pun in my Google name.
