Unable to avoid a visit to the dentist, having boken a tooth, I searched for a practise offering pain-free treatment especially for highly nervous patients.
I have an absolute horror of anything ‘dentist’ so it was with great trepidation that I crossed the threshold of Brightside Dental. From the outset Dr. Ketan Shah was understanding, sympathic and resassuring carefully explaining the methods of sedation and pain control both before the visit and prior to treatment and how this is tailored to the needs of each individual patient.
Following my initial full check, treatment plan and throughout the treatment itself I found Dr Ketan Shah to be a dentist in whom I can place my trust to listen to any fears or concerns I may have and one who has helped me in overcoming my dental phobia. I would highly recommend Brightside to anyone suffering from fear of the dentist’s chair!

I am one of thousands of people who have had bad experiences with some Dentist practises over the years & as a result haven't looked after my teeth as I should've done.
I came across Brightside Dental purely by accident (broke a tooth) during lockdown & needed emergency treatment, so I called NHS direct & was sent to Brightside. I have finally found a practise that really cares about their patients & their care during treatment is second to none. I have since joined their club membership & have had some more treatments, which I was totally comfortable with, they really do take time & care to make sure you're happy & comfortable. I'm so happy with this practise & hope that this review will help others make the right choice, I would highly recommend Brightside Dental to anyone who's looking for a good dental practise.

Having had a severe dental phobia from being a child I would only ever go to the dentist if I was in severe pain as I was petrified of everything to do with the dentist. After various gum flare ups I did some research into finding a phobic dentist practice that could understand my fear and I was so pleased to come across Brightside Dental. The staff and the dentists are all so professional and lovely and really take the time to listen to your fears and reassure you. Everything is explained step by step and taken at your own pace. My phobia is awful I'm always crying when I have to go but they are so so lovely and sympathetic which us what you need when you are a nervous patient.. I would recommend anyone who is nervous or has a real phobia like me to try Brightside Dental, you won't regret it

I really recommend Dr Shahrokh. I had a wisdom tooth extraction a few years ago and returned again for another wisdom tooth extraction this year. Despite relocating to another part of London, the commute is definitely worthwhile. The treatment was so quick and pain free and most importantly the recovery after the extraction was so smooth!

👁 was scheduled for 2 extractions , Vanetia and her assistant took good care for me.
Extractions was complete within10 minutes.
