June 2025 - another fantastic hygiene session with Mihaela today in the new premises, which are state of the art! Everything I said below on a previous review of the service in the old premises still stands, but this time, I lay in the chair whilst my teeth were cleaned and watched a film of nature scenes on the screen above me, which was accompanied by a soothing soundtrack. I was so engrossed, I didn't realise how quickly the session went and it was over in no time. Love this place!

Mihaela is an outstanding hygienist. She is thorough, efficient, caring and supportive and with her help I have been able to see a consistent improvement in my oral health. Supported by her very competent assistant, Lily, these two are a real team. It's not often you can say it's a pleasure to go to the dentist. 5 stars!

I have had a few root canal treatments in the past and have never ft comfortable doing so. My experience with Ronit/Mihaela at Brightside has totally changed my view as on this occasion my experience was very pleasant and left me pleased with their performance.

Went to see Paarth Darbar today and was absolutely dreading it as the big molar which already had a big filling had a piece of tooth broken away. It was such a relief as the treatment went really well. Not nearly the ordeal I had anticipated. We also discussed another issue, and I came away much relieved and feeling relaxed. He's always gentle, calm and informative. He considers the individual and offers solutions/ alternatives as needed.

Ketan and Mihaela have always been so patient with my fear and discomfort at being at the dentist and hygienist.
I live away from the UK now but still go back to Brightside to see them because I trust them.
Ketan did a filling for me ages and ages ago that is still going strong and Mihaela is really sensitive to my sensitivity and cleans my teeth really efficiently!

I've just finished my root canal treatment with Dr Shah and had a lovely experience. I've put off getting work done as I'm a nervous patient but Dr Shah and the team put me at ease the whole way through, and using "the wand" actually made it painless which shocked me! I'd highly recommend Brightside for all dental work.

I've been avoiding visiting the dentist for almost 10 years due to fear. Ketan and his team are amazing at making you feel calm and comfortable during every visit and last Friday I had almost 3 hours of dental work done under sedation. This was a huge step for me and would not have been possible without their incredible levels of patient care. Ketan took the time to speak to me before the procedure and the practice called daily following the procedure to make sure I was healing OK and had no complications. The work performed was top call as well. I cannot recommend Brightside Dental highly enough. If you have been putting off visiting the dentist like I was I highly recommend you give Brightside Dental a call.
