I would just like say how happy I was with todays service. Negar was warm and professional at the same time and made my experience a comfortable and happy one ! And thats not my usual reaction to the dentist ! I would highly recommend her to anyone and will be returning any time wherever I am living in London ... Thank you very much Negar !!!

Experienced a very professional and caring service. Great customer service from the reception staff very friendly and polite. I had a back moler that was resting against my nerve/sinus and this was extracted by DR Shahrukh Navaee. He explained in detail the process and possibilities of what may happen such as the tooth breaking due to one side that had completely decayed. The tooth did in fact break and he professionally proceeded with drilling and removing the rest of the tooth along with the roots. Through this procedure he checked I was comfortable and reassured me as I was anxious. I hate needles ,drills and tooth extractions in general but due to the professional and wonderful service I received the experience was a pleasant one. Amazing service and customer care and I will be recommending the dental surgery to others. I can not fault this Service at all. I can also

Just came back from my first dental hygienist appointment and I’m impressed. It’s nice to finally be told exactly the issues about my teeth, and a clean plan to make sure further issues are avoided. Mahya explained exactly what was going on, gave me opportunities to stop if I was uncomfortable, gave me an exact plan with my teeth which I will be following over the next few months. I felt at ease and not at all nervous.
Admittedly it isn’t cheap but it’s a price to pay to make sure your teeth is in the best condition! Thanks again brightside dental!

I attended an appointment today as I had been told I required root canal treatment before a gold crown was fitted. The practice had been recommended to me by some close friends and neighbours. The calm atmosphere at the dentist was noticeable as soon as I entered the practice. I was seen by Dr Paarth Darbar who took an x-ray of the tooth and explained all the options available to me in a very reassuring manner. It transpired that I do not need root canal treatment and the tooth was prepared for a gold crown. This process appeared to be done meticulously in a very relaxed way. I have the option of root canal work being carried out at any time over the next eighteen months (should it be required) and the gold crown replaced without cost. I would only pay for the RC treatment. It is reassuring to guided through procedures and options with a clear explanation of the cost of treatments. This is only my first appointment but I would thoroughly recommend this practice from my experience today.

Great service! I call and the receptionist made the effort to find me a same day emergency appointment. She call me back to get some necessary information, as for example: a picture showing the work that needed to be done. On this regard, I was more than pleased to do it to assure my treatment could be done ASAP, as other practices required one consultation appointment and then a separate one, to solve the issue. I got it all sorted in one visit and it took less than 2 hours since contacted them. Keep it up guys! Great job!!
