This practice truly lives up to its expectations! I would hIghly recommend Brightside, a friendly and professional team including Elena, Sylvia Alvita.

Dr Ketan and the brilliant dental nurses along with Dr Shahrokh are patient, extremely understanding and brilliant at ensuring you feel calm and comfortable before and throughout your treatment. Oh and I mustn’t forget Negar for always ensuring my teeth are polished well. My most recent treatment has been an implant and Invisalign of which I am very happy with...overall great service!

Having heard lots of good things about this dental practice, I wasn't disappointed. After 25 years with my current dentist who has recently retired, I wasn't looking forward to the change. I was very impressed with the initial assessment /review and also with the hygienist, who was thorough, and keen to explain everything she was doing. The first visit has been a positive experience (well, as much as visits to the dentist ever can be!).

I saw the hygienist Gerber who was really great - cleaned my teeth expertly with minimal pain, was very friendly and professionally, genuinely caring about my dental health and gave great tips for good everyday dental care.

This person left a star rating but no comment.

I had a very good experience with the hygienest who was a very lovely person. I normally see mihaela but had negar who was just as great.

I also then had a consultation and check up with Ketan. He is very knowledgeable, transparent and honest which was really helpful for me making a decision on how to proceed with one of the things I was looking into.

Reception staff are also very efficient and friendly. They call up to remind you of meetings and you also get text message and email reminders which is really helpful for someone with a busy work schedule like me.

My partner also attends here and she is just as happy with Brightside.

I was looking for a dentist/hygienist in December and chose Brightside due to their great reviews and they did not disappoint. They were prompt to get in touch, I got an appointment a week from getting in touch. They are very polite, professional and I am happy with both the hygienist and dentist . They were both very informative and attentive to my needs.

Recommend for all round care - Another thank you especially to Ronit, Michaela and dental technicians for my recent visits. Having being diagnosed with a complicated medical condition it’s been great to have them understand what this is and how both the condition and the medication impacts my dental and oral health, which is very reassuring at a difficult time. And also the extreme patience of all the reception and support staff for coping with my medicine induced brain fog !

Previous : I’ve been at Brightside for 15 years - I hope that in itself speaks volumes. Everyone is so cheerful and polite and take so much trouble to ensure you know when your appointments are and that you don’t miss them. All of the dentists and hygienists are professional and caring and take time to put you at your ease, address any concerns they have or you have and explain what they are doing and why, or what the options are .They even find time to ask how you are. There is a gentle air of calm and feels friendly from the minute you walk in which I think is really important for a dental practice. Highly recommend them

I’ve been registered with this practice since 2001, have travelled overseas, back to London and travelled again. I’ve seen the Practice head Ketan Shah since 2004. The last time I was there was 2012 and on our relocation back to London in 2020 it was a no brainer to choose Brightside. Every member of staff is professional, warm and customer/patient focussed.
I’m quite nervous about potential pain and Ketans calm demeanour is always appreciated. The practice keeps up to date with treatments and equipment and is not pushy about treatment, but does spell out your options in a very transparent way. Whilst I’m not thrilled about dental costs in London, I am glad I was able to register with this practice. Can’t recommend them enough and will be registering my two children and husband here.

Najar and Lana helped ease my anxiety over coming to the dentists as I’m normally very scared, great customer service and a calming presence, would highly highly recommend

Honestly one of the best dental practices I have ever visited. I had an extraction using the wand for a painless extraction and that is exactly what I got.

Paarth who gave me the wand did such a fantastic job. He made me feel so relaxed and has given me confidence to have treatment whilst being awake in the chair.

Shahrokh has the hands of an angel. He took my tooth out with such ease. He made me feel so relaxed and has restored my confidence in dentists. I wish I had come to him sooner. He definitely has me as a patient for life and I have told anyone who will listen about him being an excellent dentist.

Karolina, what can I say, she is one of the best nurses I’ve come across, I squeezed the life out of her hand because I was so nervous and she didn’t bat an eyelid, so friendly and warm and really knows how to look after a patient.

And I just want to mention that the practice is spotlessly clean and clearly following covid guidelines all the way.

Let start from the entrance: clinic is clean, receptionists are very kind, polite and helpful. Go on with the next friendly person: the nurse - nice and with a deft hand and end with Dr Shahrokh Navaee. Here I haven`t enough words to describe his professionalism and bearing. I was so scared and anxious for upcoming tooth extraction but literally I`ve not realised it was done.
It was a pleasure to be there and I can`t believe I could say that about any dentist or dental practice. Dr Shahrokh Navaee has safe and gold hands, I highly recommend him. Thank you!

Dr Shah and his team are absolutely brilliant - very patient, friendly and professional which makes the experience of going to the dentist, which many probably fear, very pleasant and enjoyable. Professional, Polite and Perfect

I have now had several appointments with Dr Ketan Shah to have my wisdom tooth removed, crown re-done and fillings replaced. Each appointment has been seamless and pain free. I could not ask for more. I would highly recommend this surgery to anyone but in particular to the nervous/anxious folk like me! Thanks guys for restoring my faith in the dental world.
