The best possible dentist experience I could have asked for! I hadn't been to a dentist for at least 2-3 years and was very anxious. This clinic specializes in anxious patients and made me feel comfortable. They were very understanding and explained everything about the procedures I needed and what options I had. It was definitely the best customer experience I could have asked for.

Visited Brightside recently for a tooth extraction . The care I received was first class and as I was a nervous patient I must say Dr Shah and his staff put me totally at ease . The extraction was pain free and the pre and after care first class . I can highly recommend Brightside

Honestly, the service here is wonderful. Every staff member is excellent and they all go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and at ease. Special mention to Shahrokh, who has been incredible throughout my implant treatment. Every appointment he has warmly welcomed me, made me feel comfy and explained everything in detail. Just a really lovely man and brilliant dentist. Thank you so much!!

Paarth Darber is extremely patient and skilled. As an anxious client I was very pleased with work on several teeth, including a crown, a denture, a filling, temporary work and sedation.

Highly recommended to anyone, and I would like to add that 5 stars are not enough. My journey to the practice takes me one & half hours. The staff are very helpful & are always smiling. Dr Ketan is absolutely experienced and competent. My treatment with Dr Ketan was absolutely pain free. He gives good recommendations about dental care & really looks after you. I had five implants & I feel very proud & I am very happy with my implants.

I had braces fitted and can't recommend Ketan and the team highly enough. Thanks to Covid the treatment dragged on for over 2 years, and during that time the whole team were unfailing cheerful and helpful and really bent over backwards to make sure I was happy. My payment plan finished after 12 months but that made no difference to the treatment I received, and Ketan would only take the braces out when he was certain there'd be no further improvement. Thanks to all there, it's a weird thing to say about a dentist but I miss popping in for a check every few weeks!

My Invisalign treatment through Brightside Dental has been nothing short of exceptional, given the challenges that the clinic has overcome during the last year. The level of service, communication and the quality of the results have all been outstanding, which is a huge testament to Ketan as he was still available through email, even when the practice was shut. The combined efforts of Brightside Dental and Invisalign have given me the confidence I wanted in my smile.

I’ve been a patient at Brightside Dental for about five years, back when the clinic was still located on Maidstone Road, just a few steps from my home. I always received excellent treatment there, so when they moved to Palmers Green, I had no hesitation in staying with them.

The new clinic is conveniently located right opposite the tube station, making it very easy to reach. It’s a brand-new space with a welcoming atmosphere — the waiting area has comfortable seating, a free coffee station, and beautiful design details and art pieces. It almost feels like you’re on Harley Street, but you’re actually in Palmers Green.

This time, I visited them to have both of my lower wisdom teeth removed under sedation. I chose sedation because I was quite anxious about the procedure and preferred not to have any memory of it.

Dr. Ketan, who is also my regular dentist and absolutely fantastic, handled the sedation with great care and reassurance. The extraction was performed by Dr. Shahrokh Ali, the clinic’s oral surgeon, who was equally impressive — calm, professional, and highly skilled. The procedure was quick, painless, and I felt completely at ease throughout.

I also want to give a huge thank you to the admin team, especially Crystal and Jennifer, who have been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the process.

A special mention goes to Jennifer — she has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. Proactive, patient, always one step ahead, and genuinely kind. Honestly, she’s better than my own PA! She followed up, made sure everything was clear and smooth, and made me feel taken care of at every stage.

This clinic continues to deliver a level of care and service that is truly hard to find. I wouldn’t trust my dental health with anyone else.
