Highly recommended to anyone, and I would like to add that 5 stars are not enough! Last year I moved far from the practice but I decided to stay with them because they are simply the best practice in London even if the journey takes hours. The team is fantastic and very helpful: they are always smiling and there is constantly a good vibe in there. Also, Dr Ketan is absolutely experienced and competent: before meeting him I was scared of dentists but he understood the problem and just fixed it making every treatment absolutely pain free. He gives good recommendations about dental care and you can really feel that he does his job with excitement.

Other medical issues meant there'd been a long delay since my previous appointment so Mihaela had to work extra hard in her Hygienist role. She and Ketan were also really helpful in fitting my appointment in even though I was unavoidably late.

I cannot fault Ketan or his team at Brightside. Dental work is never enjoyable but i've not once winced, felt pain, discomfort or had issues from any procedure. Calming, professional, quick and skilled. You can trust these guys to do a great job and not feel a thing

Thank you to Brightside for seeing me today. The treatment I received from reception to the dentistry was excellent. I was concerned because I had filling issues which had arisen during lockdown. Paarsh and his colleague provided me with the necessary treatment, be it only temporary. I was also given friendly advice and options for future treatment. I have been going to Brightside Dental for a very long time now and my treatment includes two implants.
I found the whole experience VERY PROFESSIONAL and the procedure was less daunting than feared.

As we know, the lockdown has presented huge problems for dentists (and those who need treatment). Brightside Dental kept its patients updated throughout, with e-mails and video messages. Now that they have been able to re-open they have excellent safety practices in place and are once again providing a first-class service. This is a model dental practice.
